    What is The Liminal Rest Method™ and how is it different from other sleep approaches? The Liminal Rest Method™ is a somatic approach that rebuilds trust between your mind and body through three integrated streams: storytelling (27 years of voice expertise), clinical hypnotherapy (framework), and mindfulness practice (body wisdom). Unlike apps that teach techniques or supplements that force sleep, this method works in the liminal space - the threshold between waking and sleeping - where your body's innate wisdom becomes accessible. We're not adding something new; we're removing the obstacles to what your body already knows how to do. Most importantly, this addresses the root issue: restless achievers haven't lost the ability to sleep - they've lost trust in their body's capacity to rest without conscious control.

    What's the difference between a Custom Neurological Nocturne™ and the free YouTube nocturnes? YouTube nocturnes are created for common themes (stress, grief, restless minds) and available to everyone. Custom nocturnes are created specifically for YOU after a 60-minute consultation where we explore: •Your unique nervous system patterns •Your life circumstances and what's keeping you vigilant •Personal metaphors, memories, and imagery that resonate with your body •The specific language your system needs to hear I spend 3-4 hours outside our consultation creating your 20-30 minute nocturne. It addresses YOUR patterns, uses YOUR personal symbols, and speaks to YOUR body's wisdom. It's therapeutic art. Yours to keep forever.

    What are Neurological Nocturnes™? Neurological Nocturnes™ are immersive sleep stories that combining storytelling artistry, hypnotic language patterns, and somatic awareness cues. They're called "neurological" because they're designed to work with your nervous system, not just your conscious mind. They're called "nocturnes" after the classical music form that are dreamy, introspective compositions for the night hours. Unlike generic meditations that give you instructions ("relax your toes"), nocturnes provide a narrative container that occupies your active mind while allowing your nervous system to naturally soften.

    How will the Sleep Restoration Intensive be different from coaching? (Sleep Restoration Intensives are coming soon) As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I’ll be working with your subconscious patterns, nervous system and somatic wisdom, not with coaching but working directly with your body through hypnotic guidance, voice, story, and somatic practices to rebuild the trust that allows sleep to happen naturally. It's also highly personalized. I work with only 2-3 intensive clients at a time, which allows for the depth of attention genuine transformation requires. You receive a custom Neurological Nocturne™ created specifically for you, weekly support between sessions, and practices tailored to your nervous system. ________________________________________

    Will this work if I've tried everything else? The clients I work with have typically tried apps, supplements, sleep hygiene and sometimes medication. What makes this different is we're addressing a root cause: your body has lost trust in its ability to rest safely. Years of chronic achievement taught your nervous system to stay vigilant. Sleep feels dangerous. Letting go feels like losing control. We rebuild that trust through the intimate work of hypnotherapy, personalized story, and somatic awareness. I can't guarantee results (no ethical practitioner can), but I can tell you: many clients sleep better within the first week. By week 4-6, most report sleep has become natural again. The question isn't "will this work?" - the question is "are you ready to do this work?"

    Do I need to be local? How do sessions work? All sessions are conducted online through a HIPAA-compliant platform, so you can be anywhere in the world. You'll need: •A quiet, private space where you can be undisturbed •A comfortable place to sit or recline •Good internet connection •Headphones or earbuds (optional but recommended)

    What if I fall asleep during our session? That's actually a good sign! It means your nervous system is learning to feel safe enough to let go in my presence. If you drift off during a session, I'll gently guide you back, or we'll simply let you rest and debrief afterward. The hypnotherapy work continues even if you're not consciously tracking every word because your subconscious is absorbing what it needs. For nightly nocturnes (custom or YouTube), falling asleep is absolutely the goal. The stories are designed to continue working as you drift off, allowing your body to move through natural sleep cycles.

    Is this covered by insurance? Clinical hypnotherapy is not covered by insurance. While this is an investment, consider what you've already spent on apps, supplements, devices, and the years of productivity and wellbeing lost to poor sleep.
